Position: Program Assistant - 25/26 School Year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement daily schedule for sufficient supervision and instruction

Implement disciplinary policies and protocols

Support classroom staff with various needs (answering walkie calls, locating necessary materials, etc.)

Monitor school improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Knowledge of Montessori Philosophy, preferred

Experience with children of varying needs, required
