Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children’s House Lead Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creating, planning, and delivering engaging Montessori lessons
Assessing and reporting student progress
Participating in school meetings, professional development, and committees
Adhering to the rules, regulations, and policies of the School
Maintaining a positive classroom environment
Engaging with students, parents, and school staff as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, required
AMS, AMI, or IMC Montessori 3-6 Credential, preferred
DPI Licensed, or Licensable, required
Salary:
Salary Range: $42,000-$47,000, dependent upon experience
