Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floating Educational Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Classroom Coverage

  • Support Student Supervision

  • Assist Teachers and Staff

  • Respond to Daily Operational Needs

  • Promote a Safe and Positive School Climate

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree, preferred

  • Experience working with children, required

Salary:

  • Salary Range: $18-22/hourly, based on experience
